Welcome to Skillwise
We offer professional training, coaching, mentoring and qualifications to develop you, your people and your business
What We Do
Skillwise works with organisations across a large number of different sectors to utilise government funding also known as Apprenticeship Levy funding to upskill new and existing workforces. We also support our clients through our bespoke, free recruitment services for new hires who undertake our training courses.
Apprenticeship funding can be used by organisations to provide existing employees with the training that they require to improve knowledge, develop new skills and change behaviours to benefit all stakeholders.
Training towards formal qualifications can boost employee motivation and improve retention by investing in their development. Skillwise offers a range of development courses and levels (L3 - L5), ensuring there is a course suitable for both your organisation and your employees.
Our recruitment support service enables you to invest in new talent without the added hassle of advertising, screening, selection and interviewing, Skillwise has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment of new talent and will work with you free of charge to find the right candidate for your organisation.
CMI research shows that organisations who invest in management and leadership development programmes see on average a 23% increase in organisational performance and a 32% increase in people performance
